A brilliant scientist is left behind in a ravaged New York City as the last lone human survivor of a horrific plague. Scavenging for food and shelter, with his dog by his side, Robert quickly realizes that he may not be alone and that the “infected” which roam the city, may not be what they seem. With only one remaining mission left, Robert endeavors to find a cure, even as it becomes clear that he is running out of time.
