  2. Movie Rentals and Returns
    Choovie, LLC. offers a curated selection of 4K UHD Blu-Rays and Blu-Rays. Upon subscribing, you can choose a subscription plan tailored to your movie-watching preferences. Your entire order will be shipped in a discreet bubble mailer, which includes a smaller bubble mailer for returning the discs. Shipping is included, ensuring a seamless and convenient experience from delivery to return.  Return rented movies promptly with the provided return bubble mailer to enjoy uninterrupted service.
  3. Subscription Plans and Billing
    Choose from our subscription plans that cater to different movie-watching needs. Subscription fees are billed monthly, and you have the flexibility to upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan at any time. Please review our pricing page for detailed information on subscription plans and billing.
  4. Movie Queue and Customization
    Enjoy the convenience of our movie queue feature, allowing you to prioritize and organize your movie choices. Based on your subscription plan, you can rent a specified number of movies per month. You can update your queue by using the “drag and drop” and “move to top” function on our Movie Queue page.
  5. Disc Care
    Choovie, LLC. takes pride in offering high-quality discs to ensure the best viewing experience. We expect our customers to handle discs with care. If a returned disc shows signs of excessive damage or playback issues, it will undergo a quality inspection, including a scan for playback errors. If the disc is found to have playback issues without being notified by the customer first, the customer may be held responsible for the cost of replacing the damaged disc. Please note that all returned discs are inspected and cleaned to meet playback standards for future rentals.
  6. Shipping and Delivery
    Movies are shipped promptly upon availability. Choovie, LLC. uses ShipStation to ensure labels are printed for your specific address.  USPS Ground Advantage is utilized to ensure tracking on all orders.
  7. Termination of Service
    You can cancel your Choovie, LLC. subscription at any time. Termination of service will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the subscription.
  8. Cancellation and Returns of Outstanding Orders
    If you cancel your subscription but still have outstanding orders, you are required to return all rented movies within 30 days from the date of cancellation. Failure to return the movies within this period may result in additional charges or legal action to recover the value of the unreturned items.
  9. User Conduct
    Choovie, LLC. promotes a positive and respectful community. Users are expected to engage in responsible and lawful conduct while using our service. Any violation of these terms may result in the termination of your Choovie, LLC. account.
  10. Privacy and Data Security
    Your privacy is important to us. Choovie, LLC. follows strict privacy practices outlined in our Privacy Policy. We utilize industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information.
